Mid Afternoon Around, I Laid Down Due To An Unusually

Mid afternoon around, I laid down due to an unusually fast onset of headache & nausea. I fell asleep for a little while and when I woke I didn't feel much better. When I got out of bed, I also became dizzy. I felt better for about an hour around 5:00 but again the headache, nausea & dizziness are back. The nausea almost feels like someone punched me in the gut.
