Might Have A Fecal Impaction. Basically, I’ve Been Constipated For

Might have a fecal impaction. Basically, I’ve been constipated for a few days. Some minor bowel movements have been possible but I can feel that there’s still a mass that I can’t expel. I’m thinking it’s a decal impaction.

I don’t want to go to a doctor because this is obviously an embarrassing problem. So I’ve tried Miralax for a few days, and that’s not really working.

Could I just not be drinking enough water with it? Or do I need to try something like a home enema? And if so is there one that you’d recommend? Or do I really need to go to a doctor at this point?

Any advice would obviously be great. Thanks.
