Missed My Menstrual Cycle. Had A Check Up. An Ovarian

Missed my menstrual cycle. Had a check up. An ovarian cyst of size 3.5 cm was diagnosed. Have been prescribed Novelon after the menses were induced by Deviry.
Day 6 had high fever. Wringing feeling in my lower abdomen. Shivers. Then sweating. Lasted a day then disappeared.

Am noticing spotting : day 6, day 10. Not able to understand the cause. Please advise
