Moderate-heavy blunt trauma to knee approximately 1 month ago. Knee is sore after/during some activities including stairs, and hiking. Also intense, sudden pain if transition from straight to bent is too fast or done while standing (ie. With weight on it). Also should be noted that it is still tender to the touch (since initial injury). (Long story short, hurt my knee over a month ago and it still hurts)
