Moderate Left Neural Foraminal Stenosis At The L5-S1 Level Secondary

Moderate left neural foraminal stenosis at the L5-S1 level secondary to intraforaminal extension of shallow broad-based disc protrusion and a posterior lateral marginal osteophyte. Moderate lumbar scoliosis centered at the L3 level. Disc desiccation seen at the L2-L3 down to the L5-S1 levels inclusive with a decrease in intervertebral disc height. Type II Modic endplate changes seen at the L5-S1 level secondary to disc degeneration. Incidental hemangioma seen within the L1 vertebral body with moderate left neural foraminal stenosis.
I am 51 yo female with a -2.5 bone density. I had 2 spinal surgeries last June & October. L3-4 L4-5 with nerve impingement then C2-3 C3-4 in Oct. I am in pain every day all day and night. What, if anything will help me?
