Mom Has End Stage Emphysema .. In Hospital With Shortness

Mom has end stage emphysema .. In hospital with shortness of breath when she gets up to do anything.. Now told she has a moderate leaky valve.. Not surgical candidate.. Treatment with medicines only.. Going to rehab.. Should we expect possible improvement
