More Frequently, I Have A Severe Pain In Right Abdomen,

More frequently, i have a severe pain in right abdomen, above hip joint, that radiates up through my right shoulder and clavicle area, into my right jaw and ear. It feels as if there is a nerve that connects all these areas together and can be excruciating. Any thoughts?
