Morning, I Had An Ultrasound Scan At 5&6 Weeks, Both

Morning,

I had an ultrasound scan at 5&6 weeks, both showed no embryo sac except for a tiny dot that could not be measured.
The nurse doing the scan was worried about the position of the gestational sac as well which is centred at this point. I have nausea, constant pain on my right abdomen close to my pelvis bone which comes out my lower right back and makes my leg nam when I'm too tired. I have had an issue with the last pregnancy four years ago, I had Vanishing twin syndrome, which I almost miscarried the whole pregnancy. I don't know what this mean for this pregnancy, please help. Only got an appointment with Gyneacologist next week Wednesday, I can't wait that long to know.
