Morning My Name Is Katherine I'm 39 & Have 3

Morning my name is Katherine I'm 39 & have 3 children.Ive suffer with panic attacks for some reason and I've been getting migraines since I was about 12. I also have slight scoliosis in my top area of your back. I've tried evening since 3am yesterday morning nothing is working. I cannot Nile the pain nymore. It just moved to a new are and do not have doctor atm. I have some 5mg oxycodone left over from a knee operation and was wondering if I can take one of them to ease or Stop the pain. I cannot take this pain anymore.
