Most Of The Day I Can Walk Fine With No

Most of the day I can walk fine with no pain but every once in a while a pain hits my left hip about half way down the hip bone and I have to stop and let that hip hang down a few minutes then continue on and it is fine.
It seems to hit if I bend or twist suddenly. thanks for your opinion!
