Mother Has Frontotemporal Dementia, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Highblood Pressure. She Had

Mother has Frontotemporal dementia, diabetes, epilepsy, highblood pressure. She had an episode of 6th nerve palsy almost 1 year ago. The last 2 days she has stated she is seeing double agan, however, her eye is not crossed this time. The eyelid is not blinking at all. No other signs/symptoms of stroke. Is this another episode of diabetes related issues? Or a possible TIA?
