Mother In Law Is 95yrs Old, On Second Pacemaker &

Mother in law is 95yrs old, on second pacemaker & taking Multag 2x a day. Very expensive drug tier 4 monthly supply $290. No generic available for this drug. Doctor will not substitute or even talk about why Multaq is so important. Please help us understand.
