Mu 13 Year Old Daughter Had Headache, Eye Pain As

Mu 13 year old daughter had headache, eye pain as I tail symptoms and had fever of below 102 since August 12th. We did blood count and liver test and everything came out normal. She is now having elevated temps of 100-101 every evening. I have stopped giving her any fever medicine. She wakes up to no fever in the morning. We came from Southeast Asia recently. She is also somewhat tired.no other symptoms. Her headache and eye pain are gone.
