Mu Son, Who Is 19, Is Incarcerated At This Time

Mu son, who is 19, is incarcerated at this time and had two episodes of blacking out last night. This is associated w/ pain in the back of his head and visual disturbances. He had one episode of blacking out back in December and was to have an MRI, but declined to go at the last minute. He is under observation at the jail right now.
Does he need immediate medical attention?
