Muscle Aches Started Around 8/3 Upper Body And Legs. Went

Muscle aches started around 8/3 upper body and legs. Went to Doc 8/11 - Blood test CK test 8/11 was 790, All other CBC normal, just took CK test 8/13 and it lowered to 480 although still out of norm range. How worried should I be? What could it be? What should I do?
