My 1 Yr 9 Months Daughter Has Anal Fissures And

My 1 yr 9 months daughter has anal fissures and sentinel pile . We have consulted a paediatrician and he has advised OSIL cream to be applied thrice daily and two syrups Lactore and Livogreen. How long shall it take to cure ? Will the sentinel pile go away or will it need surgery?
