My 10 Month Old May Have Swallowed A Children's Glycerin

My 10 month old may have swallowed a children's glycerin suppository? I dug one out of his mouth (fully intact) but not sure if he ate one already... Back turned to laundry for what felt like only seconds --he is quick!! Hoping he didn't swallow one but wanting to make sure. Called poison control but they didn't seem concerned and I wanted a second opinion. Thanks!
