My 10 Month Old Son Had A Low Grade Fever

My 10 month old son had a low grade fever for two days and a runny nose. He currently still has a runny nose and cough but no fever after 5 days. He slept for a majority of the day yesterday and has been pretty fussy today. He only wants to be held and hasn't been eating or drinking much.
