My 10 Month Old Was Watching A Movie With Me

My 10 month old was watching a movie with me on the couch and leaned to get her bottle but her hand slipped off the table and she hit her head on the corner. She has a scratch on her forehead with some bruising. At first she was tired but after I put ice on it just for a second she went back to playing. It is also around her regularly scheduled nap... the scratch is red just not bleeding yet. Should I take her to the doctor?
