My 10 Year Old Daughter Has Small Rose Colored Pea

My 10 year old daughter has small rose colored pea sized blisters the pads of her fingers by the tips. They are not itchy and not painful. They are bilateral on each finger but more pronounced on some fingers. She has no known allergies. She was recently on a 10 day course of amoxicillin for a positive rapid strep test, and finished the course without complication. She is otherwise a healthy child and up to date on all vaccines. Of note, she just returned from a trip to the British virgin islands. She does not report using any unusual creams or lotions while there, or eating any new foods. She does not have a fever or any complaints. She noticed them two days ago. She reports that they have not changed in size or color and have never hurt or itched. Any ideas?
