My 10 Year Old Has Intermittent Pain In The Tip

My 10 year old has intermittent pain in the tip of his penis from the circumcision to the end when he urinates. It comes and goes every few days. My pediatrician thought it was just irritated from baths, etc. but he has gone to showers and still has the issue. Urinalysis hasn't revealed anything suspicious.
