My 10 Year Old Is Complaining Her Skin Hurts. She

My 10 year old is complaining her skin hurts. She has a cold and complained about her stomach hurting but her skin hurts more than anything. I am not sure if she just has muscle ache but tells me it fells like bee stings all over her body and that everything hurts! Probably the flu but strange how she is describing it!
