My 10 Year Old Son Has Had A Fever For

My 10 year old son has had a fever for 2-3 days and started dry heaving and coughing up blood in the shower tonight. 100.3 temp. My husband did give him a red slurpee this afternoon so may be from that, didn't really look like blood to me, stomach hurts, not really eating. Gave him Triaminic for fever and cold since yesterday afternoon. Any advice.
