My 10 Year Old Son Has What Appears To Be

My 10 year old son has what appears to be a pimple or a boil on his thigh. He says it is itchy and painful. It has been leaking pus and the area around it is slightly red and inflamed. We are treating it with cool and warm compresses as well as an epsom bath. It is also covered with a bandaid. There are several other smaller spots around the area as well.
