My 10 Year Old Was Accidently Stabbed With Pencil Below

My 10 year old was accidently stabbed with pencil below her right eyebrow on the 1st day of sxhool. Now she has a small blood filled bump. Kinda looks like a skin tag with blood in it about the size of small bead. Any suggestions on what type of doctor would be best to bring her to?
