My 10 Yr Old Daughter Has Some Significant Pain Around

My 10 yr old daughter has some significant pain around the bony process that is in the middle of the outside of her right foot. There is no apparent swelling or bruising, but the bony process on the right foot is larger than the bony process on the left foot. It is tender when palpated right on the process, and in about a 1 inch radius surrounding it. She plays volleyball (rec league) and has been participating in regular PE at school as well as riding her bike or walking to and from school (~1 mile) nearly everyday. She is a high-heel aficionado, and has been wearing high heeled boots (~2 inch heels) every other day. She wears her tennis shoes on PE days.
