My 101 Year Old Mother Has Problems Standing Up, Walking

My 101 year old mother has problems standing up, walking and also she is losing her memory. All started three years ago and gotten increasingly worse. Recent Vit B12 level (178) is below reference range (180-914 pg/mL). Would you recommend a course of B12 injections?
