My 10mo old has a hole in his gums behind his front tooth. It looked like there could be a tooth about to pop out behind the front tooth, but when I touched it, it didn't feel like there was anything hard under the surface. It was just like a hole in his gum. What could that be, what causes it and is it something to be concerned about?
