My 11 Month Old Baby Was Diagnosed W Scabies.. I

My 11 month old baby was diagnosed w scabies.. I got no clue how when where.. Dermatologist wants all of us to get treated. But unfortunately we don't have insurance. I also have a 5yr old.. Took him to his pedi. Didn't prescribed no meds cuz he didn't see no evidence of scabies. In my house hold we live my two kids husband n i..what can we do. I cleaning linens clothes n towels. Am do that everyday what we use to wash them. Questions are:
What can we do cuz we don't have no insurance. And also after the treatment are they still contagious? Thank you
