My 11 Month Old Had An Enema Yesterday As Suggested

My 11 month old had an enema yesterday as suggested by the Dr...she had been straining pretty bad and was clearly uncomfortable....she was on med's for double ear infection...anyways after she had massive diarrhea and vomited...she spiked a fever of 101.3 and it was a mess...today she had more diarrhea...but seemed pretty cleared out...tonight however my husband said she had black poop...should I be worried about a bleed???
