Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My 11 year old boy swallowed a small piece of pork rib bone....he initially could touch his Adam's apple or tip his head back w/o pain. He tries small pieces of bread and sips of water. He is able to swallow. The pain got a little worse and then appeared to pass all of a sudden. He said "I think it went down". A tiny while later he said he thinks it's still there.....how can I be sure it passed and should I be worried about him going to bed tonight.
