My 11 Year Old Son Has Been Getting Boil-like Sores

My 11 year old son has been getting boil-like sores on the back of his neck and had one about a week ago on the back of his leg. We used drawing salve on his leg and squeezed it and alot of yellow thick fluid came out and released the pressure on it and it's looking alot better it's healing but now we have one on the back of neck. He won't let us touch it because it's so sirebhed just crying. HELP PLEASE.
