My 11 Year Old Son Has Paste Like Stools That

My 11 year old son has paste like stools that he cannot pass. He was hospitalized for a blockage and is now going through bowel retraining. He takes 2 stool softners twice a day and senna laxative at night. This is only making him soil his clothing several time a day with paste like stool
