My 11 Years Old Child Gets Wheezing Problem Lightly At

My 11 years old child gets wheezing problem lightly at day and than with more sound at night whenever he come in touch with cool air while running or cycling even for 10min.otherwise he normally plays all day long. What is it n what is the permanent solution of it.He is having such problem from 4-5years.
