My 11 Yr Old Daughter Had A Tiny Slice Of

My 11 yr old daughter had a tiny slice of pizza and a coke for breakfast. No lunch. No dinner. Mainly because she complained about not feeling well. She's thrown up twice (quite a bit) brown liquid. No fever. Complains about stomach cramps and doesn't seem her usual self. Is this a bug? Something serious?
