My 11 Yr Old Daughter Has A Crater Or Hole

My 11 yr old daughter has a crater or hole in the bottom of her foot. It is growing wider and deeper. She has had it for months. At first we thought she had stepped on something that made a tiny hole in her skin. It is not tiny any more. She has a second small one on her toe. They are not painful and skin is normal color.
