My 11year Old Son Had A Nose Bleed Last Week

My 11year old son had a nose bleed last week when a toy car fell on his head.. Today his nose started bleeding at 2am in the morning and then at 730am then a small toddler ball hit him in the side of his face at 600pm he was playing and he started bleeding...The bleeding is real bad it not a drip drip station in flowing... What could be going on..His always having noise bleed but not like this
