My 12/35mcg T3T4 Capsule Disappeared With Me Turning Around To

My 12/35mcg T3T4 capsule disappeared with me turning around to get water. My 2 year old was next to me. It did not appear that he ingested anything & I ended up finding half of the capsule, half full on the floor. Have yet to find the other half. Should this be treated as an emergency? I'm extremely concerned!
