My 12 Month Old Daughter Broke A Chip Off A

My 12 month old daughter broke a chip off a painted Santa and ate some pieces (no more than penny sized). She threw up a little and we noticed a small paint chip in the vomit. We also found smaller paint chips in her mouth which we removed. She acted funny (not normal fussiness) for about an hour. But now she's taken a bottle and fallen asleep. The ceramic Santas were made in China. Any reason for concern?
