My 12 Month Old Has Just Fell Backwards From Standing

My 12 month old has just fell backwards from standing up and it back of her head hard she's also got a bust lip from doing this..she was screaming and crying for about 15 minutes I've given her some calpol and now she's asleep. Will she be ok as there's no swelling
