My 12 Month Old Son Got Into Our Bathroom And

My 12 month old son got into our bathroom and was playing in the toilet. His shirt was a little damp and he was up to his elbows in water. His hair/face were dry. He could have ingested some water or licked his hands. The toilet had no waste in it and the last time we cleaned it with a bleach cleaner was 4 days ago. Should I be calling the dr or bringing him into the hospital?
