My 12 Year Old Grandaughter Sprained Her Ankle Sunday On

My 12 year old Grandaughter sprained her ankle Sunday on the trampoline she came down on a ball . Visit to urgent care and X-rays was told to get a boot today and start walking on it . It hurts too bad to walk tonight she has numbness in toes and they look a little darker than other foot ? What should we do ?
