My 12 Year Old Child Has Asthma And Black Spots

My 12 year old child has asthma and black spots behind his ears. He also has brown flakey skin on his nose and under his chin and it's spreading down his neck. We think it's Schamberg's disease because he was very enimic until we started giving him iron vitamins...But we're not too sure. Do you think it's cancer?
