My 12 Year Old Daughter Came Home From School Today

My 12 year old daughter came home from school today with a 102.8 fever. I have been giving her Motrin at that time and just now Tylenol. She says her heads was hurting and her ears pop some. The fever has not broken as of now at 10:00. It is now 103. I gave her the Tylenol at 8:30. I gave her one sudapred.per pharmacist. She figures it is a sinus infection. My concern is her fever not breaking yet. What is your opinion.
