My 12 Year Old Daughter Has Been Sick And She

My 12 year old daughter has been sick and she has a persistent cough that doesn't stop. Have tried cough syrups, ice water, cough drops, tea with honey, to no avail. Her throat was pretty raw and we tested her for Strep, which was negative. I don't know what else I can do to help her.
