My 12 Year Old Daughter Has Itchy, Raised Skin Blemishes

My 12 year old daughter has itchy, raised skin blemishes on her forearm. They appear periodically throughout the year. One doctor said ringworm, another said a fungus. Could it also be allergies? She believes it happens more often during spring/summer months when pollen counts are high in Georgia. Thank you.
