My 12 Year Old Daughter Just Received A T-dap Immunization

My 12 year old daughter just received a t-dap immunization last week. For whatever reason the clinic missed that she had just received it less than a year ago at her 11 year old doctor appointment. We just noticed because the doctor office mailed us a copy of her records when they sent them to the health clinic.
