My 12 Year Old Daughter Looks Like She's 14 Or

My 12 year old daughter looks like she's 14 or 16 years old has informed me she gets burning sensations in her arms and legs. She said it started when she was younger but never told me and she says pain is worse. She says it comes and goes. She says when wind hits it or if she touches her skin gently it is sensitive and it feels like stinging burning. What is going on? ?
