My 12 Year Old Son Has Been Complaining Of A

My 12 year old son has been complaining of a headache since yesterday. He said it started in his neck and went up to his temples, and today is in his temples and eyes, but when he turns his head either way it gets significantly worse. He has no fever and really no other symptoms. He is otherwise healthy. I don't know if I need to be worried that his neck is hurting like this
