My 12-year-old Son Has Clinical Signs Of Rickets Since He

My 12-year-old son has clinical signs of Rickets since he was born (shape of the chest, shape of the legs, shape of the feet......). The X-Rays, blood tests and urine tests didn't show that now. The score after doing a bone densitometry exam is -2. Do you think he has osteopenia?
Do you think he had Rickets in the past, and doesn't have that anymore?
